Shipping Information:

Digital Patterns

All patterns (including those in bundle kits) are in pdf format. You will receive a separate email with instructions on how to download the document.  

Other products

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order has been placed.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders can be followed with the tracking number we provide in the shipment confirmation email. 

Shipping Rates:
We provide competitive shipping rates, determined by the total order amount and destination. For orders within Australia valued at $150 or more, we offer free standard shipping or an express shipping option for $10. Local orders under $150 will be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 for standard delivery or $25 for express shipping.

Shipping Methods:
We currently offer standard and express shipping options for shipping within Australia. (International shipping is also available, more information below.)
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3 to 8 business days, while express shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the type of shipping method (standard or express shipping) or total weight of your order.
You can view available shipping options at checkout.

Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.
