Shipping Information:

Digital Patterns

All patterns (including those in bundle kits) are in pdf format. You will receive a separate email with instructions on how to download the document.  

Other products

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order has been placed.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders can be followed with the tracking number we provide in the shipment confirmation email. 

Shipping Rates:
All orders within Australia will enjoy free standard shipping while international shipping requires a flat rate of approximately USD 10 for each order.

Shipping Methods:
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within Australia. (International shipping is also available, more information below.)
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3 to 8 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries with a flat rate of approximately USD 10 for all international order.

Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.
