Description:

The Meshy G vest is available in 6 sizes, designed with 2 inches positive ease for a relax fit with no waist definition. It's great for layering over your shirt, tank top, sport bra or bikini cover up if you make it as long as a dress. 

You can make this vest in any type of Aran/ Worsted or heavy DK weight yarn and I highly recommend to use plant based fiber yarn for heat friendly, wool for colder season. The sample was made using 100% Merino wool

Construction:

The vest is constructed from the bottom up and work in round until desired length, then separate into Front and Back panels. After joining at the shoulders, we will add neckline. There are 2 options for neckline: polo or V-neck. Finally, we will add the border ribbing for the bottom of the vest. There is NO seaming required in this design.

Sizes:

This pattern is written in 6 sizes fits bust size 29-30 inches, 2 fits bust 31-34 inches, 3 fits bust 35-38 inches, 4 fits bust 39-42 inches, 5 fits bust 43-45 inches, 6 fits bust 47-50 so be sure to choose the size that fit your own reference. Model is wearing size 2 with a bust of 32 inches.

Gauge: 21 sts x 11 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in pattern stitch with a 4.5 mm crochet hook or any that meet gauge.

Crochet hook: 4.5 mm for main pattern, 3.5 mm for ribbing and collar/ V-neck (or any hook size which meets gauge).

Materials: DK weight (3- light) yarn. Sample made in 100% Australia Merino Wool, 124m/50g
